Client Scheduling: Assign Clients to Shifts

If your staff work for or with clients, assign clients to shifts alongside the staff working them.

Clients can be:

• individual customers, such as people receiving care
• businesses or sites you provide staff for
• locations
• teams or people inside your own business

Each client has a record with contact details and notes. Print a schedule for each client, export hours per client to CSV, and choose whether staff see every client or only the ones they work with. You can also have ShiftApp warn about, or block, a client being double-booked.
