How does the free trial work?
You get 21 days to try ShiftApp with your own staff and shifts, and no card is needed. Nothing is deleted when the trial ends: your schedules and staff stay saved, and your account becomes a limited free version until you choose a plan.
Is my data safe?
Your data is stored in a secure data center in London and backed up every hour, and it is sent over encrypted connections. We follow GDPR and the other data protection rules that apply. Staff only see what your workforce permission settings allow. You can also keep your own copies with PDF printouts and nightly backups to your Google Drive.
How much does ShiftApp cost?
Plans are priced by staff numbers, starting at $24 + tax a month for up to 10 employees. You can pay monthly or annually, change plan as your team grows, and cancel at any time.
Do my staff need to pay or install anything?
No. Employees use ShiftApp free, either in the iPhone or Android app or in any web browser. You decide what they can see.
How long does it take to set up?
You'll be creating shifts and assigning staff within minutes. Most businesses publish their first schedule the same day, though a larger workforce or more varied shift patterns can take a little longer. Add your employees, assign them to shifts, and set the regular ones to repeat. Our short video tutorials cover each step.
Can I manage more than one site or team?
